Overview
Imperial Recycling is a scrap metal recycling operation located in the Industrial Corridor of Chicago, Illinois. While we have been operating since 1962, we recently re-branded ourselves as a way of representing the internal changes we have undergone. Some of these changes include new leadership, and technology updates and joining Imperial Group. Manufacturers choose Imperial Recycling because they want a full-service scrap program handled by someone they trust. We provide absolutely everything to make scrap an easier, more pleasant part of our customers' business.

We use the American Metal Market Journal, Platts Metals Week, Comex, and/or LME to determine your price, whether its higher or lower than competition. Our price is always honest, fair, and current; guaranteed.

Most of your scrap stays within the Imperial Group, giving you unparalleled assurance of avoided liability. And, for any scrap that leaves our facility, we ensure complete compliance before proceeding with the transaction
On Demand or Scheduled Pickups
Through our own fleet of trucks and our asset tracking technology, we're able to offer more flexibility when it comes to scrap pickups. We'll work with you to create a schedule you can rely on, or you can simply call us whenever you need a pickup.
